HVSB Announces Promotions

Reflecting the dedication to recognizing and fostering talent within our Bank

Shelley Dickerson has been promoted to Vice President.  Shelley’s journey with the bank started in 2008 and has been nothing short of exceptional.  She was instrumental in establishing the Highland Branch from the ground up and has built a great team along with growing and expanding a base of loyal customers in the market. She has significant banking experience and is a great mentor and resource for so many of our team members. She is well known and highly respected in the community. Shelley tirelessly gives her time and talents serving as an Ambassador with the Huron Valley Chamber of Commerce, LABAT, and is incoming President of the Highland White Lake Business Association.  Her experience, dedication, and commitment to excellence are truly commendable, and this promotion recognizes her outstanding contributions to the bank.

Sheri Miles to Assistant Vice President and Director of Marketing and Employee Engagement. Sheri started with the bank in 2014, initially in a part-time capacity. Sheri's contributions to our bank are truly invaluable. She has played an integral role in propelling our bank's growth, leading both internal and external communications, delving deep into data analysis through our Cognos system, and spearheading other crucial projects. Sheri has almost two decades of marketing experience in the financial services industry and is excited for her expanded role of developing strategies that will enhance engagement and oversee programs aimed at making HVSB an even better place to work.  Sheri is very community minded and serves as Director Emeritus of HWLBA and Treasurer of the Huron Valley Education Foundation.

Rebecca "Becky" Leduc has been promoted to the position of Treasury and Loan Operations Support Clerk. Becky started on her journey with our bank back in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at the Highland Branch. Before joining our banking team, Becky's professional background was in education as an elementary school teacher. Over the years, she took on the role of the bank's official trainer for Customer Service Representatives.  Becky will be greatly missed by her team and customers in Highland.  Her role will be located at the Financial Center, reporting directly to Jeremy.  This newly created position will provide essential support for the various Cash Management and Loan Operations functions, and serving as primary user of Synergy Capture (document scanning).
