Huron Valley State Bank Announces the New Hire of Til Bright
Huron Valley State Bank is pleased to welcome Til Bright as a Credit Analyst I, a newly created position within the bank’s commercial lending rotational program. This role provides a structured opportunity for Til to develop his skills and gain valuable experience in commercial lending, helping him determine his long-term career path in banking.
Til was recruited directly from Oakland University, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Finance, in December 2024. He brings three years of experience, where he progressed from Teller to Customer Experience Banker, then to Financial Relationship Banker, where he worked with both consumer and business clients.
After briefly stepping away to focus on his studies, Til sought a more challenging role that would allow him to grow professionally. He was drawn to Huron Valley State Bank for the opportunities it offers in commercial lending and the supportive environment that encourages career development. "I had never worked at a small bank before, but I was excited about the pathways and opportunities available here. Everyone was so welcoming, and I liked that I had the chance to choose," he shared.
Tilly Williams, Vice President and Credit Manager, expressed enthusiasm for Til’s addition to the team. "Til is a great addition to our team. He’s eager to learn, catching on quickly, and we’re excited to have him here."
Outside of work, Til enjoys learning new languages and traveling. With family in Bavaria, Germany, he makes it a priority to visit at least once a year.
